FORT MYERS, FL-RE/MAX Realty Group has closed the sale of a retail building in Fort Myers. A & K Realty, LLC has acquired the retail building measuring 20,600 square feet at 15121 S. Tamiami Trail.
The S. Tamiami Trail retail building changed hands for $1,250,000. In the deal, the buyer was represented by Nick Paulus from Invest Realty, and the DRW, LLP, the seller, was represented by Dan Miller from the Miller Alliance at RE/MAX Realty. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
