NEW YORK CITY-Tiffany & Co. has expanded its space by 57,691 square feet at 200 Fifth Ave. The company has leased a full office floor in the 850,000-square-foot Cinderella property.
With the new lease, Tiffany's total square footage in the L&L Holding-owned building has reached 345,000 square feet.
