NEW YORK CITY-CBRE Group Inc. has negotiated two lease deals totaling 35,500 square feet at 88 Pine St. Marshall Dennehy Warner Coleman & Goggin has renewed its lease for approximately 13,800 square feet and added another 3,700 square feet and Gilbane Building Co. has leased nearly 18,000 square feet in the building at a rent of $42 and $43 per square foot, respectively.
