LA MESA, CA-Colliers International has closed the sale of a multifamily property in La Mesa. Wang's Growth LLC has bought the apartment building consisting of 14 units at 5541-5543 Shasta Lane for $2.2 million.
The property, constructed in 1979, contains 14 double-bedroom units. Hendershaw Family Trust was the seller of the La Mesa apartment building.
