NEW YORK CITY-Norwalk, Connecticut-based Xerox Corp. has signed a lease for five years with W&H Properties for 2,000 square feet of office space at 250 W. 57th St. The company will move from 245 Park Ave. to West 57th Street in December.

The asking rent for the fifth-floor space was $54 per square foot. The 535,648-square-foot high-rise building is nearly 88% occupied. Jones Lang LaSalle brokers represented the tenant, and Cushman & Wakefield Inc. brokers represented the landlord in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
