BUFFALO, NY-Zaepfel Development Co. has expanded its Amherst real estate portfolio with the acquisition of a 6,200-square-foot building that houses ElderWood Senior Care offices. The documents recorded in the Erie County Clerk's office revealed that Zaepfel has purchased the building from Elderwood for $475,000.
Zaepfel has acquired the office building through its affiliate, 1150 Wehrle Drive LLC. ElderWood is combining its local offices into another building in Amherst. The Wehrle Drive property also has 45 parking spaces. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
