HONOLULU-Alexander & Baldwin Inc. of Honolulu is planning to build a 345-unit condominium tower in the Kakaako neighborhood of Honolulu. The site, which Alexander & Baldwin bought last year, is situated between the Koolanni and Hawaiki high-rise towers.

The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reported that Alexander & Baldwin is planning to start the sales for the units in the 43-story Waihonua tower from the beginning of the New Year. Construction is expected to begin by the end of 2012. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
