PHOENIX-Alliance Beverage Distributing Co. has sold two distribution buildings totaling approximately 640,000 square feet in the West Valley for $33.25 million. CreXus Holdings AZ I LLC, a real estate investment trust based in New York, has acquired the two distribution centers, situated near the junction of 47th Avenue and Roosevelt Street in Phoenix, for $52 per square foot.
