ABERDEEN, MD-The Boeing Co. has signed a lease for an additional space at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The company has leased 26,000 square feet at 6200 Guardian Gateway from St. John Properties for its Electronic and Mission Systems Division.
Boeing will take an entire floor at APG to house its E&M unit and bring 100 additional employees there. CB Richard Ellis' Angela Stanton and Michael Sullivan represented the tenant, while Matt Holbrook of St. Johns Properties represented the landlord in-house in the transaction.
