ATLANTA-Cousins Properties Inc. of Atlanta has paid $134.7 million for Promenade II, a 38-story office tower in the 14th street corridor in Midtown. Boston-based Beacon Capital Partners LLC has sold the 774,000-square-foot tower for nearly $174 per square foot.
The Midtown office tower is 58% occupied. Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. Beacon Capital bought the office building and other Charter Hall U.S. properties earlier this year for $1.7 billion.
