NEW YORK CITY-Danny Hodak has signed a lease for 1,000 square feet of space at 30 E. 13th St. for a quick service spot. Asking rents in the area range from $125 to $150 per square foot.
Hodak will open new location in the next two months. Winick Realty Group's Kelly Gedinsky represented the tenant, and Winick's Josh Siegelman and Joseph Isa represented Double MK Realty, the building owner, in the lease negotiation. For the full story, go to New York Post .
