NEW YORK CITY-Colliers International has negotiated a lease deal on West 27th Street on behalf of Jonathan Rosen, the landlord. The Fashion Institute of Technology has signed a lease renewal deal for 45,130 square feet of space at 236 W. 27th St.
The asking rent for the space was $30 per square foot. The Kaufman Organization's Grant Greenspan acted as consultant for the tenant, and Colliers International's Perry Mesmer represented the building owner in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
