ALEXANDRIA, VA-Weingarten Realty Investors, an investment trust based in Houston, has formed a partnership with the owner of an upcoming Wegmans-anchored retail center in Fairfax County's Alexandria section. The company has recently bought the 33-acre Hilltop Village Center property situated near the junction of Beulah Street and Telegraph Road, from Hilltop Sand and Gravel Co. Inc. for $13.6 million.
