FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-A subsidiary of U.S. Realty Advisors has purchased the ground lease interest in the 650-room Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa property at 3030 Holiday Drive for $48.6 million. The 15-story property sits on 16.5 acres of oceanfront parcel at the southern corner of Fort Lauderdale Beach.
The property also includes a 22,000-square-foot spa, a 100,000-square-foot function space and three restaurants. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler sold the property for Northwestern Mutual. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
