NEW YORK CITY-Normandy Real Estate Partners is purchasing the 275,000-square-foot office structure at 1370 Broadway situated on the southwest corner of W. 37th St. for an amount of $125 million. Rosenthal & Rosenthal, which occupies 57,000 square feet in the Broadway property, is the largest tenant.
Sources said that the office building went into contract before Thanksgiving. Eastdil Secured brokers Adam Spies, Douglas Harmon and Kevin Donner are marketing the building for Sitt Asset Management. For the full story, go to New York Post .
