BALTIMORE-Pittsburgh-based PNC Financial Services Group Inc. is expanding its square footage at 1 E. Pratt St. The company has leased an additional 16,000-square-foot space at the E. Pratt Street building where it plans to move its Baltimore-area headquarters from 2 Hopkins Plaza.
