BOSTON-Suffolk Construction has started construction on Millennium Place III, a 390,000-square-foot residential tower in the Downtown Crossing neighborhood of Boston. The 15-story tower will comprise 256 units, 9,700 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and 125 parking spaces.
The apartment tower will take a full city block, connecting Avenue de Lafayette, Hayward Place, Harrison Avenue Extension and Washington Street. The $220-million project is scheduled to open in 2013. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
