POTSDAM, GERMANY-YOUNIQ AG, a provider of student apartments in Germany, has purchased 96,875 square feet of undeveloped parcel of land in Potsdam with planning consent. The company will create 388 new apartments along with roughly 83,527 square feet of rentable space in the Kiepenheuerallee.
