DAVIS, CA-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of a multifamily property in Davis. A private investor has sold Brush Creek Apartments, an apartment complex consisting of 80 units at 1333 Arlington Blvd., to an unidentified limited liability company for $8.2 million.
