BUFFALO, NY-Buffalo Engine Components has acquired a massive industrial facility on E. Delavan Avenue. The Buffalo firm has purchased the warehouse, which measures 200,914 square feet, from Sears for $1.425 million.

The property recently served as a local distribution center for Sears. Howard Saperston Jr. from Saperston Real Estate Corp. represented the buyer, while Ben Kirnie and David Schiller from Pyramid Brokerage Co.'s Rochester office represented the seller in the transaction.
