HAMBURG, GERMANY-Goodman Group will construct a new 122,708-square-foot warehouse in Winsen in the Luhdorf industrial area for STARCO GmbH. The new logistics center marks Goodman's first achievement in the Hamburg market.
Goodman bought a plot in the Luhdorf industrial area to develop the warehouse for STARCO. The development, located south of Hamburg, will comprise 115,173 square feet of warehouse space and roughly 7,534 square feet of office space. It is expected to be completed in May 2012.
