GRAHAM, NC-Luxfer Inc., a maker of gas cylinders in California, has recently bought an industrial facility on Jay Lane with plans to combine its Graham campus. The company acquired the 37,600-square-foot warehouse from Samet Properties for $1.3 million.
The warehouse property previously housed the operations of Cable Assembly. Samet Properties broker Chris Lowe handled the sale. Luxfer's Graham plant, located at 235 Riverbend Road, employs 127 staff. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving The Greater Triad Area .
