BALTIMORE-The Maryland State Retirement Agency has sold three shopping centers to Bethesda-based Saul Centers Inc. The state worker pension system has sold the properties for a total amount of $168.5 million.
The Maryland State Retirement Agency has sold Kentlands Square Shopping Center situated in Gaithersburg for $74.5 million, Severna Park Marketplace for $61 million and Cranberry Square in Westminster for $33 million.
