BOSTON-New Boston Fund has signed four new lease deals across its portfolio. In Massachusetts, SynQor has leased Boxborough Corporate Center, a two-story, 102,615-square-foot building in Boxborough, and The Northern New England Financial Group at Northwestern Mutual has leased 3,768 square feet of space at New England Business Center in Andover from New Boston Fund.
New Boston Fund has also signed a 22,071-square-foot lease at 500 Enterprise in Rocky Hill, Connecticut and a 12,000-square-foot lease at Maitland Green in Orlando, Florida. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
