LONDON-Orchard Street Investment Management LLP has exchanged agreements to purchase 61-65 Conduit Street in London for GBP 36 million. The company has acquired the property for St James's Place property funds.
The Conduit Street property, which comprises 32,000 square feet of office and retail space, is located in the middle of London's West End. Threadneedle Investments was the seller of 61-65 Conduit Street. Orchard Street recently closed the acquisition of Straiton Retail Park in Edinburgh for St James's Place property funds.
