LOUISVILLE, KY-Irvine, California-based Passco Companies LLC, which purchased The Legends at Indian Springs in Louisville's East End on November 17, is planning to improve the complex. The company paid $20.8 million for the 212-unit apartment complex located at 11000 Indian Legends Drive.
