MILWAUKEE-Trinitas Ventures LLC, a Lafayette, Indiana-based developer, is proposing to construct an apartment building in the Riverwest neighborhood of Milwaukee. The four-story building, which will have approximately 270 apartments, will target students at the adjacent University of Wisconsin campus.
Nearly 650 students can be accommodated in the facility. The new apartment building will replace an existing industrial building at 634 E. Keefe Ave. Cost of the project is estimated to reach between $35 million and $40 million. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
