NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, UK-Rockspring Property Investment Managers has landed a new anchor tenant at The Precinct retail center in Blaydon situated near Gateshead. Morrisons Supermarkets plc has pre-leased the unit for 25 years.
The development will include 74,000 square feet of retail space. It is slated start in summer 2012. Morrisons is expecting to open the store for business in early 2014.
