BROOKFIELD, WI-According to Waukesha County records, Inland Real Estate Group of Cos., an investor based in Oak Brook, Illinois, has purchased the Brownstones Shopping Center for $24.1 million. The center spanning 138,000 square feet is located in Brookfield on Blue Mound Road. Foster City, California-based BB&K/Brownstones Inc. was the seller of the property. CBRE Group Inc. negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.
