LAUREL, MD-Black Oak Associates Inc. has purchased the Laurel Gardens shopping center from Laurel Gardens LLLP for $3 million. The 30,000-square-foot center, located at the junction of Nicholas Drive and Sandy Spring Road in Laurel, is 100% occupied by two tenants.
Bottom Dollar Food has taken 29,000 square feet of space and the Laurel Liquors store has occupied 1,700 square feet at the center. The acquisition was financed by Baltimore County Savings Bank. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
