RALEIGH, NC-Carlie C's IGA, a grocery store chain based Dunn, is planning to open a new store at the North South Station retail center in south Raleigh. The grocery chain is negotiating a lease for 46,328 square feet in the shopping center.
The North South Station shopping center, owned by a subsidiary of Philadelphia-based BPG Properties, is situated at the crossroads of U.S. 70, N.C. 401 and South Wilmington Street.
