SANTA CLARA, CA-DivcoWest has acquired five office and R&D buildings totaling 251,000 square feet in Santa Clara. The private real estate investment firm has purchased the five buildings, situated at 2855 Bowers Ave. and 2400, 2424, 2630 and 2710 Walsh Ave., from RREEF.

The purchase price was not disclosed, but industry sources said that DivcoWest paid approximately $39 million for the buildings. The five-building portfolio was nearly 70% leased at closing.
