MINNEAPOLIS-Duke Realty Corp. has acquired three industrial buildings in Shakopee and Roseville. In Shakopee, Duke Realty has purchased the Minnesota Valley West Building, a 157,644-square-foot facility at 3880 Fourth Ave. E.
In Roseville, the company has bought the 76,800-square-foot FujiFilm building at 2420 Long Lake Road and the I-35 Business Center, a 121,699-square-foot building at 2215 Highway 36 W.
