LONDON-Scarborough Group International's serviced office division, Forsyth Management Contracts Limited has signed a deal to lease 20,000 square feet of office space at 45 Moorfields in Moorgate, London, EC2. The company will occupy the sixth and seventh floors of the building. These floors are currently under renovation to meet the high standards of Forsyth.
