
HEMEL HEMPSTEAD, UK-Gazeley has sold its new distribution center located in Hemel Hempstead to Aberdeen Asset Management for GBP 16.5 million. In the transaction, Savills and CBRE negotiated on behalf of the seller, while George Underwood of Gerald Eve Associate negotiated on behalf of the buyer.
