PORTSMOUTH, UK-Highcross has purchased the virtual freehold of Titchfield Park, an industrial estate in Fareham close to Southampton, for a price slightly higher than GBP 6 million at a yield of 8.2% that includes acquisition costs. The Greater Manchester Pension Fund was the seller of the 121,690-square-foot industrial property consisting of five industrial units. In the deal, Hughes Ellard represented the seller, while Capita Symonds represented the buyer.
