
WASHINGTON, DC-Clarion Partners LLC has reported that Mitsui Fudosan America Inc., an investor based in Japan, will acquire an 80% stake in the Homer Building located at 601 13th St. NW. Mitsui Fudosan is paying $252 million or $597 per square foot to become the majority owner of the property measuring 421,901 square feet. The company is purchasing its equity interest in the property from the Investa Office Fund controlled by the Investa Property Group.
