DELRAY BEACH, FL-New Rochelle, New York-based RexxHall Realty has enlarged its holdings in South Florida. The commercial investor has purchased The Arbors Office Park, which comprises 244,247 square feet of rentable space in Delray Beach, for $12.75 million.
The office park, located at 1615, 1625 and 1690 S. Congress Ave., was constructed in 1981. Proskauer Rose LLP's Stuart T. Kapp served as legal counsel for RexxHall in the deal. CBRE represented TA Associates, the seller, in the deal. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
