LONDON-The United Kingdom Government has appointed Savills to market the long leasehold interest of Admiralty Arch, a Grade I-listed property located in London. The 147,304-square-foot building situated on the Trafalgar Square's southwest corner is currently utilized as administrative offices. The government believes that the building is not suitable for contemporary office working practices. Hence, it is decided to sell the property.
