NEW YORK CITY-Two restaurants based in New Jersey are coming to downtown Brooklyn. Sugar and Plumm and American BBQ and Beer Co. have leased 11,012 square feet of space at 345 Adams St., an office and retail building situated just off the Fulton Mall, for 20 years.

Muss Development purchased the first two floors of the Adam Street building from the city in 2007 and converted it into a 40,000-square-foot retail space. The two new restaurants are scheduled to be opened in fall 2012. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
