
NEW YORK CITY-Madison Capital has signed a lease renewal and three new lease deals totaling roughly 80,000 square feet for its 400,000-square-foot tower located at 100 Broadway. Fensterstock & Partners, inMotion and Bright Wire are the new tenants. Southwest Securities has extended its 8,800-square-foot lease. Asking rent for the tower was $37 per square foot.
