PORTLAND, OR-Bob Ball, Astor Pacific's CEO, is planning to construct an apartment project in the Pearl District. The 177-unit project, known as The Parker, will come up in the block bounded by Quimby, Northwest Pettygrove, 12th and 13th streets.
The site, which currently houses a warehouse, is owned by Eugene-based Evergreen Galway LLC. The developer has built a series of apartment projects in the Pearl District. The recent major project is the 244-unit Wyatt at 1221 N.W. Marshall St. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
