SEATTLE-Developers are revealing the first detailed designs for the phase of Stadium Place. The project will be considered by the city's Pioneer Square Preservation Board.
ZGF Architects has designed Stadium Place's South Tower, a 25-story apartment tower. This South Tower is part of the $193-million first phase of the Stadium Place development. West Tower, a 10-story apartment building, is also underway at South King Street and Occidental Avenue South. Altogether, the Stadium Place development will have 514 apartments in the first phase.
