NEW YORK CITY-Nucraft, a furniture maker based in Michigan, has leased a showroom space measuring 5,000 square feet at 148 Madison Ave. from a 148 MAD New Owner. The company has leased the showroom space in the 75,000-square-foot building for seven years.
