FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Executive Airport Business Center situated in Fort Lauderdale was sold at 10% discount. The deal included a leasehold interest in a 76,273-square-foot office space at 801 N.W. 50th St.
A CMBS acquired the leasehold interest in the center in January. A subsidiary of Coral Gables-based KAS Partners has bought the property for $3.41 million. Marty Busekrus and Scott O'Donnell of CBRE represented the buyer, while J. Brett Houston of Resource Real Estate Group represented the seller in the deal.
