BETHESDA, MD-Milwaukee-based Northwestern Mutual has invested in a $200-million mixed-use development in the commercial district of Bethesda, Maryland. The company's real estate unit has made a joint venture with PN Hoffman and StonebridgeCarras to develop the mixed-use project that will comprise 250 residential units, 40,000 square feet of retail space and a public parking garage.
