Spirit has moved from nearly 30,000 square feet of space at Westside Industrial Park to a larger space at Tradeport. Gary Marcy of Jacksonville-based CBRE Group Inc. represented the tenant, and Aaron Zarle of Grubb & Ellis Phoenix Realty Group Inc. represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
