
NEW YORK CITY-Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, a Stockholm-based bank managed by the Wallenberg family, is adding 4,000 square feet to its existing New York City office space. The bank has inked a 10-year lease with Brookfield Office Properties for 20,700 square feet at 245 Park Ave.
The bank will move from the 42nd floor to the 33rd floor of the building. Cassidy Turley's Jonathan Schindler and Aron Schreier represented the tenant, while Brookfield Office Properties' Duncan McCuaig represented the landlord in-house in the deal.
