GREENSBORO, NC-Abdul Brothers Investments has acquired the Inn at Greensboro College for $1.75 million. The new owners will lease back the property to Greensboro College, which will continue to use the property as student housing.
Greensboro College bought the 61-unit former hotel for $1.53 million in 2002 and renovated it in 2003. David Sloop with Gray-Court Commercial represented the investors, while Richard Montana and Hal Kern with CB Richard Ellis represented the seller in the deal.
