BERLIN-Union Investment has purchased the Bethanien Center, a single-story mall comprising approximately 504,289 square feet of space at Mirabellenstrasse 2 in Neubrandenburg. A real estate company controlled by Captiva Capital Partners III ELP was the seller of the retail center.

The shopping center will be added to the UniInstitutional European Real Estate portfolio. Since 1994, the Bethanien Center has been in operation. Union Investment currently has nearly 30 retail centers across Europe. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
